Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 30, 2026
Crown Media Service is committed to making SalesSim usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Measures we take
- Semantic structure with page headings and navigation landmarks.
- A “skip to main content” link and visible keyboard focus indicators throughout.
- Full keyboard operability of menus, forms, and controls.
- Screen-reader announcements during a live practice call (status such as “it’s your turn” / “the customer is speaking”, and any errors) so the conversation can be followed without sight.
- Respect for the operating system’s “reduce motion” preference, support for browser zoom, and a light/dark theme.
- Labels on form fields and meaningful names on interactive controls.
- Colour contrast targeted at WCAG AA for text.
Known limitations
SalesSim is a voice-based training tool: practising a call requires speaking and hearing audio. We provide on-screen status, transcripts, and a written scorecard, but the core spoken interaction may not be fully equivalent for users who cannot use audio. Some third-party or experimental areas may have gaps we are still addressing.
Feedback & contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need an accommodation, please tell us so we can help and improve. Contact your organization’s SalesSim administrator, or the operator at lewisvillamor@crownmediasvc.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We test with keyboard navigation and screen readers and continue to fix issues as we find them. This statement will be updated as the product evolves.
