- How does the free trial work?
- Every new organization gets 14 days with the full feature set — the same product Enterprise customers use — for up to 10 seats. When the trial ends, pick a plan to keep going; your calls, scorecards, and coaching history carry over.
- Is our data isolated from other customers?
- Yes. Each organization's data — calls, transcripts, scorecards, coaching notes, analytics — is scoped to that organization. Members of one org can never see another org's data, and Enterprise customers can self-host for full physical isolation.
- Can we use our own AI provider keys?
- Yes. You can run SalesSim on your organization's own LLM and voice API keys, so usage flows through your existing provider agreements — or use platform keys and let us handle provisioning. Either way, usage and cost tracking with daily caps keeps spend visible.
- What happens if we cancel?
- Plans are per-seat and you can cancel at any time; your plan runs through the end of the current billing period. Contact us and we'll help you export your organization's data.
